The establishment of limited liability company and private partnership will be free of any stamp duty and announcement fee. This regulation may accelerate the establishment of new companies ('startup' corporations) and may also balance, in case of limited liability companies, the increased capital requirements (HUF 3.000.000).
Private individuals will be able to make an inquiry in the land registry for free of any charges 2 times per year.
The above rules will enter into effect on 16 March 2017.
